Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living is seeking a part-time weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to lead resident care on Saturdays and Sundays. The role is in Mabel, MN with in-person duties and a pay rate of $37.00/hour. Weekend day shifts provide steady hours and a straightforward schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an active Minnesota RN license, are 18+, and can commit to Saturdays and Sundays. Senior living experience is a plus but not required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday, day shift
• Senior living or long-term care experience preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health, monitor changes, and respond to care needs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Coordinate medical services and keep each resident’s care plan up to date
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff to keep everyone informed
• Guide and support care staff, and share expertise through training and coaching
• Document care accurately and follow safety and regulatory requirements
