Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living is seeking a weekend Registered Nurse to lead resident care on Saturdays and Sundays. This in-person role offers weekends-only hours with weekday free.

You will assess residents, administer medications per physician orders, coordinate care plans, and communicate with families and the care team. A supportive leadership environment and commitment to person-centered care are core here.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• At least 18 years old
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday, day shift
• Senior living/long-term care experience preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health, monitor changes in condition and respond to care needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
• Coordinate medical services and help keep each resident’s care plan up to date
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and staff to keep everyone informed
• Guide and support care staff, and share your expertise through training and coaching
• Document care accurately and follow all safety and regulatory requirements
