Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS experience preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor health status, vital signs, and progress, documenting findings.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Prepare and assist with procedures in sterile environments.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
