Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time weekend basis. The RN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and contribute to care planning for residents in a premier skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current Missouri RN license, has experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, and demonstrates strong communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated care.
