Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health in Citrus County, FL. The role involves delivering compassionate home health care, collaborating with doctors and the clinical team, and advocating for patients to manage care plans.

You will support patients’ health and independence, with weekend visits and occasional weekday coverage, contributing to improved outcomes and patient satisfaction. This is a PRN/per diem opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Valid Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
