Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Hernando County, FL, is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health. This PRN/Per Diem role supports weekend visits with occasional Weekday shifts, requiring an active Florida RN license and reliable transportation.

You will deliver high-quality home health care, collaborate with clinicians, advocate for patients, and help manage care plans to promote health and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
