Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Ocala is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekend home health visits in Citrus County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy within a supportive team.

Requirements include a Florida RN license, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of Acute Care/Med/Surg experience. Home Health experience is a plus, with emphasis on compassionate patient care and collaboration with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
