Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled nursing care in a home-based setting in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling and clinical oversight as per the plan of care.

Responsibilities include administering skilled care, teaching patients and families, and following physician orders. Candidates must be licensed in Alabama, CPR-certified, and possess basic tech skills for mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where currently practice.
• Must have CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
