Job summary

DOCS Health in Oregon is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors providing services to military service members, primarily on weekends with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) on an as-needed basis.

You'll review medical histories, perform health assessments, interview service members, flag urgent concerns including behavioral health, and document findings in the proprietary system to support readiness classifications.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted license to practice nursing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need immediate attention, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
