Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors to provide military health services in New Hampshire. • Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state, territory, or Commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
