Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor for the weekend shift. Location: St. Louis, Missouri.

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Day Shift. The role leads nursing staff, ensures quality patient care and collaborates with the Staffing Office to manage patient flow and bed availability. Ideal candidates have an RN license in Missouri (or a compact license), 3–5 years of hospital nursing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in Missouri or compact state per regulations.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators and co-workers to improve processes.
• Staff units appropriately to provide patient care.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Lead, mentor and support teams to promote change and accountability.
