Tipton Oak Manor in Tipton, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend charge nurse positions to join our team.

The RN will provide nursing care, administer medications, assist physicians, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition
• Records observations on patient charts
• Maintains safe, comfortable environment for patients
• May assist with unit management or charge of unit as assigned
