White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join as Weekend Premium Charge Nurse. You will assess resident care needs, provide nursing care, and help implement interventions in a supportive team environment.

The role requires weekend availability for 12-hour shifts, with weekend premium pay and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include PTO after 90 days and scholarship options.

Formación

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Weekend availability for 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident care needs and provide nursing care.
• Assist with implementing interventions to meet resident needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and physicians.
