Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Provide personalized behavioral health nursing care in patients’ homes

• Conduct full assessments—physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual

• Collaborate to develop and update individualized care plans

• Monitor progress and respond to changes in patient condition

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers for better health outcomes

• Supervise behavioral health aides and LPNs as needed

• Use Homecare HomeBase to document care clearly and efficiently (preferred)

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license (unrestricted and state-specific)

• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Weekend availability and local travel (approx. 50%)

• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Bonus: Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Behavioral Health

• Bonus: Proficiency with Homecare HomeBase

• Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
