The Weekend Baylor RN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and help maintain accurate charting in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the care team, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to care plans that enhance quality of life for residents, all within a full-time weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents on a weekend schedule, maintaining a focus on individualized attention and dignity
• Administer medications, perform routine treatments, and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including charting and documentation
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
