Kinzua Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Baylor (RN) to join our evening shift team in Warren, Pennsylvania. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate on care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include educating residents and families and maintaining high standards of patient care in a home-like environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Baylor (RN), you will play a vital role in our evening shift team, providing exceptional patient care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents


• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to ensure prompt interventions


• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
