Job summary

Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for Hillsborough County with travel across hospitals and in the field (homes, ALF, LTC).

The role involves assessing eligibility, guiding admissions, and delivering compassionate Full Life Care. Schedule is Friday–Sunday, 10AM–10PM, with benefits supporting growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: AA degree or equivalent; minimum of 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Licensure: Valid Florida RN license; valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility for Empath Health Network of Care and advocate for access to the right care across care settings.
• Complete admission process based on care program specifics and patient needs.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence and strengthen internal and external relationships.
