Johnson Memorial Hospital is seeking an Administrative Nurse Supervisor to provide on-site nursing leadership and administrative support. You will respond to emergencies, address patient and family concerns, manage staffing, and support the nursing team to deliver compassionate care.

The role requires a BSN, CT RN license, BLS prior to hire; ACLS, FCCS, and CPI/NCI within one year, with critical care experience and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with BSN required.
• Current RN licensure in Connecticut.
• BLS required prior to hire; ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI within one year of hire.
• Progressive nursing experience including critical care; nursing supervision preferred.

Responsibilities
