Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking an RN for the Acute Care Telemetry Weekend Flex unit at South Pointe Hospital. You will provide direct nursing care on a 41-bed unit split between Medical-Surgical and Observation, with weekend and weekday shifts and full-time benefits.

You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and coordinate discharge while growing clinically within a leading healthcare system known for research,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of acute care RN experience (military experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families with educational materials considering cultural issues.
