Brookwood Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care at Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL. This role requires an RN license and offers weekend shifts (7 PM to 7 AM). Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure quality patient care in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, alongside required certifications in BLS and additional support as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Alabama RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develops individual care plans.
• Documents patient care and maintains regulatory standards.
• Communicates effectively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
