Job summary

This full-time nights position involves leading shift operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will manage staffing assignments, coordinate patient flow, and support a dedicated nursing team. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Alabama or Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting preferred.
• Certification in area of expertise preferred.
