Job summary
Jackson Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a weekend program on a 7p–7a schedule, with three 12-hour shifts weekly (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday-Monday). An additional $8/hour premium applies for 7p–7a weekend coverage.
The RN will assess patients, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and continuity of care. Professional accountability and ongoing competency are required.
Qualifications
- Unrestricted RN license (AL or multi-state) required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- RN experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs using sound judgement and document timely, comprehensive assessments.
- Plan of care with measurable outcomes and involve family in care discussions.
