The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is hiring Weekend Program RNs in St. Petersburg, FL. Earn up to $38.25/hour total, including a weekend differential of $4.00–$4.25/hour. Work 12-hour shifts on weekends, with a consistent schedule and weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical nursing in acute care or long-term care.
• Graduate of a basic nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for long-term and rehab patients.
• Deliver nursing care per patient plan and evaluate responses.
• Direct and supervise care by other nursing staff.
• Maintain documentation and equipment knowledge.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights compliance.
• Provide patient/family education as appropriate.
• Rotate shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
