The Container Store Inc. is hiring a Retail Employee / Project Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This hourly, non-commissioned role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and at checkout, while driving store profit and enrolling customers in the rewards program.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, proposing storage solutions, processing transactions, and assisting with curbside orders and stockroom organization. Weekend availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Retail is fast-changing; scheduling flexibility required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and greets customers in-store and at entrances.
• Suggests solutions to organizational challenges and designs storage options.
• Sells and processes checkout transactions with a focus on customer experience.
• Enrols customers in rewards program.
• Maintains sales floor and stockroom organization.
• Assists with curbside/pick-up/delivery orders and carryout.
