Job summary

Coleman Oil Company currently seeks a part-time Retail Deli Clerk for Sunset Mart in North Lewiston, Lewiston, Idaho. You will prepare, package, and serve fresh foods, while delivering friendly, fast-paced customer service in a busy gas station and convenience store setting.

Qualifications

• Seeking candidates 16 years of age or older.
• Previous food handling experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality across shifts.
• 401(k) with 4% employer match.
• Days Off: 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked.
• May be eligible for a year-end bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Prepare, handle, and serve food according to safety standards.
• Ensure proper food storage and discard procedures.
• Assist with inventory stocking, organization, and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the deli area and store floor.
• Operate and report hazards or incidents to store leadership promptly.
• Promote incentives and reward programs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
