Job summary

The Ponce Therapy Care Center in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Weekend Restorative CNA to join our team. This role supports restorative nursing goals for residents and works weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm. You will maintain detailed resident records, monitor progress, and promote participation in restorative programs.

Qualifications

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing by the State of Florida.
Proficient in performing technical nursing assistant skills.
Energetic, professional, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Reports to restorative nursing supervisor.
Maintain residents’ records; monitor daily progress and follow care plans.
Motivate residents to participate in restorative programs.
Work with facility staff to achieve restorative goals and maintain a positive environment.
Maintain equipment and supplies for treatment.
Follow infection control policies to keep residents safe.
