Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Mount Juliet, TN, is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The RT will evaluate and treat residents independently, manage a wide range of respiratory therapies, and contribute to a geriatric-focused rehab program.

Candidates must hold an appropriate state license (RRT/CRT), graduate from a COARC-accredited program, and be comfortable with bedside treatments, documentation, and IDT participation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and apply respiratory techniques for rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate and check equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and document daily, weekly, monthly activities.
• Attend IDT meetings and participate in staff training.
