Job summary

Peek'n Peak seeks a Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance at the Peek ’n Peak Resort Inn, handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool operations, and safety systems.

Must be able to work weekends and communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests. A high school diploma or GED is required; trade certifications are a plus, and CMMS experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade certs preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems optional.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and urgent maintenance across multiple systems.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning components.
• Document repairs and communicate status to management and staff.
• Operate and maintain pool equipment and safety systems as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper use of tools and materials.
