Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing in Spokane, WA, is seeking an outstanding Residential Install Plumber to join our team. You’ll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homes—replacing fixtures, water heaters, and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers’ lives.

This isn’t new construction—this is skilled, detail-oriented work on the service side, where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out.

Qualifications

• WA Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, etc.).
• Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questions.
• Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean, respectful work environment.
• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfaction.
