Job summary

Mainstream Electric is recruiting a licensed plumber to join our Spokane metro team. You will train apprentices and diagnose residential plumbing repairs, from leak location to water heaters and fixtures, using ServiceTitan. A company truck, device, and support ensure your success in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman 01/02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train an apprentice on plumbing practices and safety.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and sell repair solutions to customers.
• Use ServiceTitan software to manage jobs and customer communication.

Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday, off on Fridays and Saturdays

• Compensation: Hourly pay during training period and will move to commission earning $100,000 to $300,000 annually.

What you need

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
