Job summary

Mainstream Electric in Spokane offers a plumbing-focused role with an initial hourly training period, then commission-based earnings from $100,000 to $200,000 annually. The candidate must hold a WA or ID Journeyman 01/02 or Master Plumbing license and be capable of training apprentices.

The role requires driving with a valid license, proficiency with an iPad and Service Titan, and expertise in residential plumbing repairs including leaks, water heaters, filtration, drains, and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Journeyman 01/02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID.
• License and driving credentials required.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including leak location, water heaters, filtration, fixtures, drains.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and sell residential plumbing repairs to customers.
• Train and guide an apprentice.
• Operate iPad and Service Titan software on service calls.
• Perform repairs such as leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning and drain-line replacement.

What you need:

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
