The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with staff, and adherence to agency protocols. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a clean NYS driver’s license; weekend shifts are mandatory.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in the human services field or related crisis intervention.
• Experience with conflict resolution techniques preferred.
• Knowledge of homeless client issues preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for residents.
• Medication observation and monitoring in absence of LPN coverage.
• Complete and maintain documentation to regulatory standards.
• Ensure safety through monitoring, searches, and incident reporting.
