Complete Care at Brakeley Park in New Jersey is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical staff and uphold high standards of resident care in our long-term care facility.

As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Active NJ RN license
- Leadership experience
- Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
