Job Opening: Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Charlotte Senior Living Office

BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a full-time, weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in our Charlotte Senior Living Office. This role services adult and geriatric clients in Senior Living communities across Concord, Mecklenburg, and Union Counties.

Availability: Must be available Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon and willing to travel to all counties.

Requirements

• HOME HEALTH AND OASIS DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Perform home visits, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
3. Monitor and report client condition changes.
4. Follow doctors' orders accurately and document all interventions.
5. Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
6. Accurately document observations and care activities using electronic devices.
