Job Opportunity: Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at BAYADA Home Health

Location: Charlotte Senior Living Office, serving Concord, Mecklenburg, and Union Counties

Schedule: Must be available Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon, with travel to all counties

Requirements: HOME HEALTH AND OASIS DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

1. Follow care plans tailored to each patient's needs
2. Conduct home visits within designated geographic areas
3. Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures
4. Monitor and report client condition changes
5. Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately
6. Perform client assessments and coordinate case management
7. Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical)
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
