Moments Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse – Hospice to lead clinical care for a caseload of patients and their families. This part-time, field-based role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a focus on symptom management, comfort, and compassionate end-of-life care.

You will collaborate with the care team, educate families, and coordinate care, while enjoying direct access to leadership and reasonable caseloads in a supportive organization.

Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work in
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
• A compassionate, patient- and family-centered approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance
