Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nursing license issued by the State of Illinois.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- BLS through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Performs a comprehensive assessment on all assigned patients and documents it.
- Communicates changes in patient condition promptly to the care team.
- Uses nursing diagnoses and care plans to achieve realistic patient goals.
- Collaborates with patient, family and other health-care team members for discharge planning.
- Ensures safe medication administration and patient teaching at the bedside.
