Qualifications

• BSN required and Illinois RN license are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Analytical skills for critical thinking and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to acutely ill inpatients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and health team members.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans and document progress.
• Direct care and supervise any assistant staff.
