Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced refrigeration preventive maintenance technician in the Philadelphia area. You visit one Dunkin' location per week for 4–6 hours, performing full HVAC refrigeration unit cleanings and inspections, documenting readings, and providing a concise report with photos.

The role emphasizes catching issues eight weeks ahead of failure, with weekends available and paid weekly. You provide your own tools and transportation, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial refrigeration experience from HVAC, supermarket, restaurant group or foodservice equipment service.
• Own hand tools, coil cleaning equipment, gauges, thermometer and clamp meter.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone for photos and reports.
• You show up on schedule, every week.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit one location per week for preventive service lasting 4–6 hours.
• Perform condenser, ice machine, walk-in cooler/freezer, reach-ins and dispensers maintenance.
• Record readings: temperatures, amp draw and setpoints; include photos in the report.
• Provide a short written summary per visit with recommended vendor needs.
• No emergency after-hours calls and no on-site repairs as part of routine visits.
