Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced refrigeration technician to perform preventive maintenance at our Delaware County locations. You will visit one store per week for 4–6 hours, manage condensers, ice machines, walk-ins, and dispensers, and record temperatures and equipment readings.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on HVAC refrigeration experience, own tools, and reliable transport. Weekend availability and EPA 608 certification are preferred, with local residence favored.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial refrigeration experience from HVAC, supermarket, restaurant, or foodservice equipment service.
• Own hand tools, coil cleaning equipment, gauges, thermometer and clamp meter.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, smartphone for photos and reports.
• Punctuality—show up on schedule, every week.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Live in or near Delaware County, Chester County, or Northeast Philadelphia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly preventive service at one location, 4–6 hours per site.
• Perform condensers, ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins, beverage dispensers cleaning and checks.
• Record readings: temperatures, suction/ discharge, amp draw; document results.
• Produce a short, accurate report with photos after each visit.
