StoryPoint Northfield is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and the public at 6000 Hunting Road, Louisville, KY 40222. The role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm) with pay of $15-18 per hour.

Primary duties include greeting residents, handling calls, check-ins, mail delivery, and coordinating with Leasing and maintenance teams. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and system.
