StoryPoint Mankato is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents and guests, answer phones, and support daily front-desk operations. This part-time role includes weekend availability and occasional evening shifts, with a pay rate of $14 per hour.

You will handle check-ins, manage mail and deliveries, coordinate with leasing staff, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer prospective residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and building facilities.
