Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in and greet residents and guests professionally.
• Answer routine inquiries and provide information about in-house facilities.
• Distribute applications and refer residents to Leasing Team as needed.
• Sort mail and packages; maintain decorum and professional appearance.
