Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Receptionist in Valparaiso, IN for a part-time weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 9am–6pm). The role involves greeting residents, handling calls, mail/packets, and supporting leasing and maintenance tasks. Pay is $13.50 per hour with benefits including daily pay options.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in and greeting of residents and guests.
• Handle routine inquiries and mail/packages for residents.
• Reserve private dining areas and coordinate with leasing staff.
• Assist with light accounting duties as assigned by the Property Administrator.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on shift.
