Responsibilities include answering calls, routing inquiries, handling mail and clerical tasks, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting multiple departments while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
• Healthcare experience or similar setting preferred
• Strong communications skills (oral and written)
• Outstanding customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry
• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned
