Aviata at Englewood is seeking a qualified Receptionist to join our community team. The position runs Saturday-Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and focuses on clerical, administrative support, and strong customer service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two year college degree or equivalent preferred with business emphasis.
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties to assist the supervisor.
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments; respond to inquiries.
• Interact with residents and families courteously and professionally.
• Prepare routine correspondence, reports, forms, and mailings.
• Prepare, receive and direct inter-office and U.S. mail; handle bulk mailings.
• Organize and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
• Provide customer service to residents and families as needed.
