Circle K Stores Inc. in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, coach the team, and stand in for the Restaurant Manager as needed.

You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and partner with the management team to meet brand standards and drive profitability. Weekend availability is required, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to meet standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, food safety, and adherence to health regulations.
• Prepare shift duties, assign tasks, and monitor cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and assist with administrative duties as required.
