Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking a licensed LPN/RN for placement at Kauai Care Center in Waimea, Kauai. You will assist residents with ADLs, medications, and care plans while promoting independence and safety on the job site.

Responsibilities include staff training, documenting care, infection control, and responding to emergencies within RN scope. This role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and maintaining a home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Hawaii Nursing License.
• Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, medication administration and other care.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies within RN scope and state regulations.
• Support residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and home-like environment.
