Job summary

Staffmark in La Vergne, TN is seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator for the weekend shift. You will safely operate reach trucks to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory, while supporting order fulfillment and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have prior reach truck experience, solid safety awareness, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; RF scanning or WMS experience is a plus. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.

• Ability to identify products, locations, and shipping documents with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products using reach trucks, ensuring precise transport to storage areas and loading docks.
• Maintain forklift equipment through fueling, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Use RF scanners to manage inventory and update records.
• Load FTL and LTL shipments and organize space efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to meet operational goals.
