Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator in Smyrna, TN to safely move inventory with a reach truck, assist with order fulfillment, and keep an organized warehouse. The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Prior experience and safety-consciousness are valued.

Location: Smyrna, TN

Education Requirements

• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 19 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
